COURSE PURPOSE

The course equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to guide organizations through accelerated change and disruption. Consultants and leaders gain a deep understanding of Enterprise Agility principles and frameworks, enabling them to help businesses adapt their strategies, foster collaboration, and navigate uncertainty.

COURSE DURATION
– 17 hours, once a week to allow the participant to learn and practice the techniques.

– The course includes an EXAM to become a Certified Change Professional in Enterprise Agility.

– We use a state-of-the-art methodology and tool to teach all ours courses. We believe in neuroscience concepts to deliver great experiences.

DAY 1 : Mar 1 2025
The first day helps students align if they have now prior knowledge of Enterprise Agility. We focus on fundamentals. We will cover the below topics:

- TriValue Company Model
DAY 2 : Mar 2 2025
On day 2 we will cover the below topics:
- Dealing with situations.
- Behavioural change tactics.
- Sustainable player.
DAY 3 : Mar 8 2025
On Day 3 we will cover the below topics:
- Sustainable Player in More Traditional Organizations
- Enterprise Agility Universal Outcomes
- EA Six Readiness Factors
DAY 4 : Mar 9 2025
On day 4 we will cover the following topics:
- Exponential Waves
- Mental Agility
- The Change Journey Pyramid
DAY 5 : Mar 15 2025
On Day 5 we will cover the following topics:
- Systemic Analysis in EA
- EAF Model
- EAF Model (part 2)
DAY 6 : Mar 16 2025
Day 6 we will have Q&A session for any topics that students needs support. You will also sit an online exam to become Certified Enterprise Agility Consultant (CEAC)
